They often do that, RSR rebuild is scheduled for every ~20hrs.
I had the lower fins on my my heads welded up to prevent that sort of thing

1. What other parts (e.g. valves, head studs, rod bearings) typically need to be replaced at the 20 hour rebuild?
2. What is the rated max RPM?

RSR head info
Bill. Picture is of 964 RSR head. I assume they are drilled for either 964 or 993 flange configuration. Would that be correct? Thanks!
