Power hood latch?
There's an auction of fleabay for power hood latch (this is YankSpeak, meaning the front boot, for the Limeys among us): item #180531514279. Allegedly Porsche part # 964 511 052 00.
DC Automotive shows it at Pelican Parts, when searched on that part number, does not bring it up. Is there such a thing? How might it connect to the electrical system? Where might the control switch be? |

Actually it just has a switch for the alarm and interior light triggering, no more... I change mine a couple of months ago to fix an alarm intermittent failure.
