Brake and interlock warning lights in Dashboard C4 3.6 l year 1990
 

Hi,

For quite some time I experience a couple of warning lights in my dash, the airbag light and the buckle light come on and off, however the last couple of days the Christmas tree in my dash got lighter and lighter:(

The brake light together with the interlock warning light come up with the central warning light no buzzer. I can cancel the waring light but the two other lights stay on. If I turn off the engine the lights go off but typically come back after 3 -4 minutes driving.

Sometimes the lights stay one when I start the engine, sometimes they never come on and sometimes they come on after a while of driving . First I thought its part of the electronic issues of the early 964's but I am not sure.

I checked the brake fluid which is OK, the brake pads are OK, the brake pedal travel has also not changed. Don't know if electronic is acting up or if there is a real problem.

Just one note I had a small leak in the hydraulic system which is fixed and level has been topped off again.

Any tips would be really great.
