NT01 tires sizes

This ? Is about track wheels. I am seeking knowledge that i have not found a specific answer to and hoping someone either knows or can point me in a direction of finding out what tire sizes would be best on a wb 964 with nb suspension. i just bought a set of fikse 17s 9fet43/12ret44 and am planning on nt01's just wondering how much tire is to much? the car is lowered on bilstien coils and will be able to run -2+ camber and will be corner balanced/aligned after i install the new wheel/tire setup. Thank you for your time and any help ps running big blks for brakes and car is down to 2830# with fuel and driver.
