993 twin turbo spark plug change frequency

How often should I change the spark plugs in my 1996 993 twin turbo motor? I do not track the car, but do drive it hard occasionally. What plugs should I use? It is a single plug motor with a DTA Fast engine management system.

Honestly,

These cars are pretty hard on spark plugs. I believe mine are changed every time the motor comes out or they even get near them for maintenance. Just going to get plugs done is like 6 hours labor or something insane. So any chance you get near them... Replace them.

the OEM plugs are great for these cars in a single plug. But check out a DENSO replacement. Iridium.

Every 20 to 30k should be fine for your use.

Thanks for the responses. The plugs are actually relatively easy to change since the engine is in my 1989 930.
