If I want to remove the heater blower motor nd replace it with the European set-up which is a tube running from the left side of the motor over to the top.

Is there such a part?????

Yes. It's called an RS heater bypass tube or pipe.

You will need to mess w/ the content of the fuse box at the left of the engine compartment to trick the car into thinking the blower is still in place, otherwise the HVAC system will only run on max cool or max heat. Anything in between and it'll shut down.

Also, the rear blower facilities engine cooling, so if you live in a warmer climate and/or sit in traffic quite a bit, you may notice higher engine temps when you delete the blower.
