964 male end of 02 sensor? Where is it located?
Looking around my engine bay today and noticed the 02 sensor wire was not plugged in. Where on earth is the other end where it plugs into the car?? Can't find it anywhere.
It's plugged into the cat just fine. I guess I've been driving around like this the whole time... Thanks! http://i430.photobucket.com/albums/q...psd3e2d063.jpg Number 28 in the diagram. http://i430.photobucket.com/albums/q...ps9ee99d26.png |
It's in the back corner. Removing the blower will give you more access and visibility. It's a cylindrical type clip and the connector should be on there or hanging around that vicinity.

Excellent, thank you. I was able to find it in the way back corner and connect it without taking off the blower. I've had the car a year now and have been driving this whole time without it connected. Is this a bad thing? The car feels like its idling and driving the same.
It's a 90 C4, performance authority chipped, headers, and exhaust. Wondering if it was removed on purpose to compensate fueling mixture for the chip? Maybe the earlier cars weren't built in mind with emissions? |
