PPI shows compression of 210!!!

Just did a PPI on a C2. The results are
#1: 210
#2: 212
#3: 214
#4: 186!!!
#5: 201
#6: 206

I thought they are supposed to be around 180. Why the high values? What do you think of #4 being 186?
