Swap Stock 991.1 Engine Grille for GTS Grille

I decided to do the swap when I saw a GTS grille on EBay for less than half the price of a new one. It's an easy DIY that took less than half an hour.

Before:

Place towel over engine bay to prevent accidentally dropping screws or other parts into fans:

Remove four T25 screws along rear edge of engine lid. There are several compression pin fasteners that can be disengaged by using a 6mm socket to compress the pins (works better than pilers!):

After carefully pulling up around the perimeter to disengage the compression pins, the grille comes loose from deck lid. Next the 3rd brake light must be disconnected. There is a connector that is disengaged with a small flathead screwdriver. The 3rd brakelight can be removed from the old grill by using the small flathead screwdriver to pry the two retaining pins on either end (sorry, forgot to take a pic).

The 3rd brakelight snaps into the GTS grill, the electrical connector re-inserted, and the whole assembly snaps back into place. Final step is to replace the 4 T25 screws... This is the result:
