Incorrect part info on Pelican website

Just an FYI so you dont have the same problem I am having with trying to return a part and get the correct part sent.

2000 996 Carrera 2 - Air Flow Meter info:

http://www.pelicanparts.com/catalog/shopcart/996M/POR_996M_FULint_pg2.htm

Is incorrect!!!

The 2000 996 Carrera 2 HAS the M620 E- Accelerator. If you order the part according to the website description, you would order part # 996-606-123-00-M14..this part is incorrect and will not physically install on the car as the electrical connector is completely different from the correct part for the car ( 996-606-124-00-M14 ). I am having issues getting Pelican to accept taking the part back and sending me the correct part and me just paying the difference in price between the two parts. I wanted to let others know about their incorrect information on the website so no one else has to go through this.

Hopefully someone from Pelican will read this, fix the website part description and provide me with suberb customer service and send me the correct part with out any hassles.

I would suggest contacting Wayne directly. I had a problem with one of the Salesman awhile back and he did get directly involved. That seems to be a rare thing in the world today. I was satisfied and now continue to buy parts from them. Good luck!

FYI, I believe that this has been corrected on the website, and Judy has handled the exchange with no hiccups. I think there was some confusion regarding the part numbers and the site...
