a/c recharge

1999 Porsche C4. My a/c is running ambient temperature again. I may have lost my refrigerant again. Where is the fitting for charging the a/c located? Also, there is something called a sight glass for monitoring freon level. Where is that located? I'm hoping my a/c problem is from debris as once before. This time I cleaned out the junk myself and hope a recharge is all that it need.

Here is the complete previous diagnosis from the Porsche dealership. "Refrigerant level was empty, evacuate and recharge (2lbs 134a) check for leaks--none found, check system orp-high side pressure is very high and appears to be caused by the condensers being clogged by leaves and other debris. Clean the cond. and recheck orp-ok. The clogged condensers may have caused the overpressure valve to open and dump the ref."

Thanks.
