CEL Code P1128 and p1130

P1128 "oxygen sensing adaptation area 2 cyl 1-3 rich threshold"

P1130 "oxygen sensing range 2 adaptation bank 2"

This what I looked up somewhere, is it right?

Based on this can someone tell me which sensors need replacing? I know the simple thing to do would be replace them all ....but just asking!

Not likely one of the O2's. Make sure the Mass Air is clean. Make sure no vacuum leaks or exhaust leaks. Fuel pressure too high or a leaking injector but that would usually set a misfire code on that cylinder a P030X. EVAP purge valve can but should also set a P0445 code.

Hope that helps a bit.
