Headlight trim thingy got stolen

Can somebody tell me where to find the missing part:

I found this on the Pelican Parts site, but I'm trying to figure out if this is correct. Is there something broken still in my light that needs to be dug out before popping this part in??

Without removing the other one off the car to look, I was hoping somebody here could help me out.

Thanks!

You need that whole part, it is the headlamp washer.
It didn't get stolen, its pretty common for the cap to fail and disappear.....

Well that sucks.

I see what looks like a red o-ring in the photo.
Does that whole do-jigger just pull out?

I just had this happen recently. Replace it and never use the headlight washer again. Its a common problem.

I have never used them.
I don't think they even work. Heck, I thought those silver caps were just some sort of decoration. Now I have to pay $67 for some junk piece of plastic to cover the hole? Stupid Toyota.

Maybe I will just cut out a circle of polished aluminum and bond it on.
