Need advice: value of 996 workshop manual set
Need some sage advice on pricing of a 996 factory workshop manual set I've had for a while. It has about 90+ or so updates to it. No grease marks or abuse, just sat on the shelf with no use. What are these worth now? Any comments or input would be greatly appreciated.

A west coast dealer advertised brand new, never opened boxed manual sets with all the updates for Boxsters and 996 cars a while back for around $300 each. Bentley also has an aftermarket 996 manual out for around $100 that is not as complete as the factory set, but it is also not bad either.

Thanks for the response. Since I've got more then $300 into them, I'll sit on them for a while and see what happens. I have not seen manual sets priced in that range for years. Agreed, the Bentley is OK(I have multiple versions for Porsches, BMWs), but it's no replacement for the factory version. The workshop manual for the Boxster I've found quite helpful over the years. Thanks again for the comment.

77'911s, I just picked up a 10 volume set of the 996 manuals, but mine was printed in 97 and have very few pages. Does yours have the added categories. Like for instance, my Manual Transmission Binder has 18 sheets of paper!

You are missing quite a bit, and all that stuff is out of print. You would have to find it in the used market.
