coolant leak

on the floor of the passenger side floorboard close to the front and the center tunnel there is a drainage nipple that is dribbling coolant. where does that passage come from?

nope. pulled cover and carpet and traced line and it goes to box with a/c evaporator. green stuff is not coolant, it's a/c oil and neon green die in it.
