Windward performance? What gives

Tried to call these guys looking for a part..

Order line says "The machine is off"
Sales line mailbox is full.
Operator doesn't answer.

Makes you wonder about a place, you know? Anyone dealt with these guys?

Bought my B&B exhaust though them. Great prices but weren't very helpful when the headers had the wrong heat setup on them. I was told they would call me right back five days in a row, not one call initiated by them.

I ended up having to take care of it myself w/ B&B, so basically I was screwed. Next time I’ll pay a little more for better service.

Kind of amazing since they do a full 2 page spread every month in Excellence...spend all that money and then not answer the darn phone.

From what i've heard they are right up there w/ the worst offenders around. My only dealing w/ them was the purchase of an AP p/v w/ metric fittings, imagine how pleased I was when I got a Coleman valve w/ US fittings and no offer to rectify the situation. Plus some of their associates have been less than pleasant to deal w/ trackside.

These guys should be added to the list of do not do business with. If you have any problem you are basically screwed. Actually their prices are not that great you can typically find other sources that will do better. I suppose they have been doing too much skiing in Vermont and have run into too many trees.

Both magazines Panorama and Excellence. I would think that the PCA would kill ads from these type of vendors. Several in Pano I won't touch. I question the PCA's intent often. Sman

I have a price list from Weissach around here someplace, the front sells for $29, the rear $49. Granted the price list is a year old, but I doubt that it has jumped that much.

I have ordered from them twice, i got what i ordered but tech support is non-exsistent. If i hadnt known what i was doing in advance, i would have been hosed.
