Post 912 Track/Street

My 68 912 is my daily driver, but I would like to make some sort of a decent club car out of it as well. However, when it comes to crossing the line between track and street, I'd rather stay closer to street. It already has a roll bar with race seats and belts. The suspension set up to go in sometime soon has 22/28 torsion bars, S calipers and vented rotors, with Koni front struts. (I'm on a high school student's budget, and those parts all came for free). I do plan to go to turbo tie rods as well, and go to Bilstein shocks from a SC all around. I've decided to keep the engine stock for now. My questions are:
1. What brake pad, if one exists, will work well for this kind of dual purpose? I currently have PBR Metal Master pads in the car, but I know that they won't hold up for the track.
2. Does anyone have any other recommendations/gripes about the setup going into my car?
3. Keeping the interior, how much weight can I expect to pull out of the car, and where should I be able to get the weight down to without going to any fiberglass body parts?
