WTB: BBS 6015 Centers x 2

Need TWO replacement centers for 17" BBS magnesium race wheels.
The model in the pic is what I originally bought, which is now unobtanium. I'm looking for a 5 stud-only replacement, which is BBS part # 2006015 and is the most common center used in these wheels.

Any tips or leads greatly appreciated. Thanks!

BTW, I was dead lucky with this failure in that it happened on T5 at Summit Point, which is the only low speed left turn on the track. Had it happened at the T3 or T8, which are both high speed left handers, it could have been ugly!
Turns out that the other side front is showing cracks as well, so both need to be replaced.

Sorry to see this occur to you, but it is very common and I can show you 4-5 cracked wheel centers. We ran these wheels on the RSR 993's. You *should* have caught this WAY before catostrophic failure

People ask me all the time why we clean our wheels after every session.

Cant see the hairline cracks in wheels when they are dirty.

I know of a few people who might have some good centers.

I personally would suggest you not run these and move to the newer version they released later that is full CNC and lighter. They are easy to spot. The spokes are much thinner where they machined them out.

I've lost two of these centers to cracks previously, so believe me I inspect them religiously. This failure seems to have been a rapid event. There's no sign of corrosion/discoloration across the failed path. Typically, I'd expect to see signs of oxidization if a crack had been opened for more than a few days.

Would appreciate contacts for potential sources. Thanks.

Ok. It appears everyone I know wants to hold onto their extra BBS centers (for this exact reason)

FYI:

I love VIR. Wish I could live in the Villa's year round

OK Brad.
Many thanks for asking - much appreciated!

I'm with you on VIR. Its one of our relatively local tracks, and a firm favorite. My car loves that track too!

I would imagine your 951 rolling strong through the esses! and blazing a path exiting oak tree

I need to check the calendar. I believe I'm back out there one more time this year with PCA or NASA.

Getting the car [and me] to the point where I can be flat on the gas from under the bridge to the brake zone for South Bend was a life changing experience! Love it!

Did you try Bob Woodman tire for that BBS center?

Yes. Bob used to have a decent stock of these centers, but nothing now. Best he can do is new from BBS - 8 weeks from Germany and spendy [of course ]

I'm still searching, but its looking grim.
