DE dates?

Does anyone besides ClubRegistration post dates for upcoming DEs?

The reason I'm asking is the agency I work for requires us to put in our leave requests for the whole upcoming year, by December 1. :(

It sure would be nice to have the Fridays before a DE off, just to load up everything and actually get there, and maybe the Monday after as well, to recover. :) Getting 2 hours of sleep before driving around a track all day was a bit unsettling.

I'm primarily interested in PCA DEs at Roebling Road, Road Atlanta, CMP, and VIR, as they are the closest.

Motorsportsregistration.net

motorsportsreg.com sorry for previous screw up. Your PCA region usually only contracts with one of the registration sites. Check with the region sponsoring the DE.

Clubregistration.net typically has you covered for the PCA DE tracks you listed. However, your problem is the dates will not be posted/confirmed by your deadline requirement of Dec 1.

BTW - add Atlanta Motorsports Park to your list. I was there this past weekend and LOVE the track... not super high speed, but very technical.

Thanks.

I suppose I could just ask for every Friday off, and then cancel the ones I don't need. :)

It might be a little early to know the actual dates.. Sometimes clubs don't have dates finalized by the time you would need to put in for them.

Sounds like you need a better job ;)

Years ago I person I reported to (refuse to call him my boss/supervisor) mentioned that he needed more than the few weeks notice I gave before taking time off..

So I wrote him a memo, where I had put together all the dates of all DEs and Club races that I might attend.... which worked out to basically every weekend from spring to fall..

My boss/supervisor was being an a__hole so I was one back...

Fortunately I am past that employment situation and can take days off as I please

I am in what the guvmint calls "an essential occupation". Good is that I get to keep working when other people get laid off. Bad is that I get to keep working when I don't want to. :)

No, I'm glad you put that smiley on there, otherwise I'd think you were trying to insult me. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/suppo...leys/boxen.gif
