2004 Anniversary 996 3.6 Part Out?

Got a nice anniversary car that had an engine fire 2 days after LN custom 4.0 engine build. It had nothing to do with engine it was a power steering pump hose that sprung a leak. Customer bought another ‘04 and we swapped over the engine to his new car. The anniversary car sustained trashed engine lid which fire Dept cut open. Melted right tailight and engine harness, cut into fill panel behind rear glass. Back window was also broken out. We swapped over the C4S type front bumper side skirts and steering wheel into his new car. Have donor car bumper and steering wheel to go back on anniversary car. Interior is super nice with painted hardbacks. Ideally wanting to sell it as a roller less engine, or if it comes to it...part it out. The engine out of donor is a 67k 3.6 with LN IMS solution. We bore scoped it as well when we did PPI a few months ago when he bought it. Asking $10k for engine.
Can sell roller with or without trans. It’s a never hit car with original paint. Asking the community what is a fair asking price for roller or do I part it out?

The 40th special edition 996 has wheels with a bespoke finish a little brighter than standard wheels.

I bought a 3 spoke steering wheel from Kelly and it arrived today. Fastest I have seen anything shipped by USPS since the pandemic hit. Absolutely perfect condition and packed to stay that way. Thanks again and best wishes.
