Want to Trade 911 for Cayman

I have a 1977 911S sunroof coupe that is a highly modified hot rod. This Porsche is not a garage queen but definitely a daily driver that can be worked on while driving. Looks very muscular with body and paint a 5 out of 10.
Turbo update kit with steel flares on all 4 corners. Fiberglass front and rear bumper.
3.2 engine with estimated 90,000 mi., no documentation. Engine runs strong, does not burn oil. Engine starts every time. Seeps 1-2 drops of oil while sitting.
915 transmission needs to be rebuilt. Shifts in all gears but has to be babied. Noisy 5th gear.
Hartman 3 piece wheels.
993 side view power mirrors.
Small 3” hairline crack on dash top.
993 power driver seat, manual passenger seat, both in good condition.
Sunroof does not work. Extra sunroof panel for sunroof delete.
Extra straight rear deck lid.
Ac/radio/glove box delete.
Whale Tail delete.
New rear Bilstein Sport shocks.
New parts to rebuild (need to be installed) front suspension:
Sachs Strut inserts
Turbo tie rods
Extra set control arms with new bushings installed
Ball joints
Wheel bearings
New alternator installed
New air cleaner box, no broken tabs
New rotors installed
New brake pads installed.
Headlights, parking, fog lights work.
New turn signal switch
LeCarra steering wheel with leather wrap.
Needs new interior carpet

I have clear California title, passed strict California smog emissions, with California registration good until August 2017.
