Squeaky HVAC Blower Motor or not?

Hi all
My 06 Cayenne has what I thought was a squeaky HVAC Blower Motor. I inspected the motor, everything spins as it should. I gave it a little WD-40 and reinstalled. The noise still persists. I did notice that it does not squeak when I am defrosting the windshield. Could there be 2 blower motors? A separate motor for windshield? Or what are some other items I should inspect?
