2008 Cayenne V6 Oil and coolant Leak

I have a 2008 Cayenne V6, 66k miles, that started leaking oil a few weeks ago.
I got under the car and it appears the leak was from the passenger side of the engine.

Now I noticed that there is a coolant leak (in addition to the oil leak) from the same side.
I could see the right hand side of the engine is wet. The engine cover obstructs the view.
However looking at diagrams online, there appears to be an oil-coolant cooler on that side of the engine.
I think it was labeled: "Oil-to-water heat exchanger"

Could anybody confirm the V6 (2008) has a heat exchanger?, is it on the passenger side?
How does it come out?
I have not been able to find information on it.
Thank you for any help anyone can provide.
RG
