Broken Intake Manifold Bolt
Rear driver-side manifold bolt broken in half.
I see that this has happened to others and I'm trying to figure out the best method to remove the bolt.

Definitely not a fun place to find yourself, especially on the rear most bolt... if welding a nut on the top of the remaining bolt is not an option, you can use a screw extractor and hopefully get it removed.

I’ve had to sand the remaining bolt with coarse paper or a Dremel then JB welded it to a sacrificial socket filled with JB weld, snug fit. Let it cure overnight, don’t drive it, then use a small ratchet and extension to remove. The bolt came out, trash the bolt/socket or keep it as a memory. Good Luck!
