Adding comfort entry after the fact

Hi,

I love my 2018 GTS seats, best seating I’ve ever sat in, but the steering wheel is tight getting out. I have entry and drive which I thought came with comfort but whatever. Does anyone know if this is just a SW upgrade and what the cost would be?

Cheers

I wonder if coding on the Durametric Professional for the Driver Seat memory or the Steering wheel would be effective.

EDIT: My mistake, The coding is available for the 2018 Cayenne, not the Macan.

So I called the dealer and stumped them, they said they thought it would have been there with Entry and drive. Passed me over to parts, stumped them too, they said sales would know the best so someone will get back to me.

A little further investigation in my service records, I think Entry and drive was added after the fact. Perhaps they forgot to add comfort access. A VIN decoder also doesn’t show it as an option so maybe it was added after the fact.

It’s interesting, I am hoping it’s a simple programming, so I’ll call my friend at Lamborghini as he is a master Porsche tech and see what he says.

So Porsche said it's not possible?!

What does that even mean; I have the 14 ways with Entry and drive it should have included the Comfort feature but because it wasn't installed/coded at the factory they can't do it...

Kind of a dumb response but there you have it...
