Damp seat belts
I extended the seat belts in my '18 Macan Turbo as was surprised to discover the upper section of the belt was damp. I have been getting a misted up windscreen when driving lately so I guess this dampness is causing this misting problem. To the question of the damp belts my thinking is that there may be a blocked drain tube for the panoramic sunroof, it's only a guess that there are drain tubes sited there. Any thoughts or solution to this problem would be appreciated.

if it's just one area, you might also want to check the door seals. if there's any sort of tear or deformity it could possibly cause outside water to be sucked in while driving

Damp seat belts
The damp belt is only the drivers belt which here in the UK is the R/H side belt looking forward. I very rarely have anybody in the back but the belts there are both dry and I checked all the rubber and seals around the door and all is in perfect shape with no torn sections at all.

I would make the guess then that it's the sunroof seals. I would take apart the plastic on the door pillar and have a look.
