Cayanne replacing rear wiper motor

Hi,

Desperately need help to remove the rear wiper motor. I followed all the steps (figure 7) in the video but now stuck removing the old motor. I can't seem the threaded tip connecting to the wiper blade. Does anyone have any tips?http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1754476579.jpg
