'08 Cayenne front door locks?
 

I believe I have an electrical issue with the front door locks. My friend just replaced the two rear window regulators and the front left window regulator. At first, when all back together, the front doors would not open as in, they were locked. They would not unlock with the remote or with the key in the door. By chance, we opened the back door then the front doors would open. Now, no matter what we do, the front doors stay locked. I tried disconnecting the battery based on info the kersey(sp) had to discharge its power. That didn't work. Could it be a control module or a micro switch inside the door? Fuse? I'm out of ideas.
Has this happened to anyone or have a secret fix for this? Thanks in advance.

This has been partially solved. The driver side door locking mechanism has to have these plastic internal parts in just the right order. They were not. After rearranging them, it now works. But the passenger door is still locked and has never been touched. No idea why. But that's for later.
