Easter bummer

So,

I went to install these yesterday,

I got the old left exhaust tip off and put the new tip on. I was tightening the factory clamp and it wasn't getting any tighter. That's when I noticed the factor clamp was "tearing". I have never seen metal like this tear in this way, it feels like a very strong clamp.

Of course being Easter the parts depot is closed so I am driving around with one tip off like a tool

I guess I am waiting until Monday to see if I can get more clamps, now I'm worried about the cat bypass install and those clamps as well.....

Thanks I'll post pictures when done. I ordered two new clamps and another two to make sure the cat bypass goes off without a hitch.

Finally got them on, it was definitely a bad piece of metal. I love the look, but each to they're own.

Vad, sounds good.
