Aftermarket nav/audio?

Has anyone on this list fitted an aftermarket nav/audio system into their Cayenne in the spot where the PCM would normally go? Any thoughts/feedback if you have? Thanks

I've been thinking about replacing the original unit. The AM and FM both kinda suck. I would also like any information/feedback on which unit anyone purchased for a replacement.
Thanks,
Mark

Surely someone has changed out the Nav/Audio in their Cayenne. Mine Sucks big time. It's becoming unbearable. Any advice?

I haven't changed out any audio in my CTT, but the audio is all MOST bus. So unless you want to replace everything (amps, headunit, etc) it could be tough finding a replacement unit that isn't from Porsche.

as you exit the main highway, you downshift, then squeeze the gas just hard enough and early enough out of a lazy hairpin to get the rear tires to break loose for a second. then, switch on the stereo to hear the opening, angst-ridden chords of the killers.

I too am looking. It looks like there are MOST interfaces for using the original bose amp. But I am not seeing any actually head units that use MOST (Media Oriented Systems Transport). Since it has been a couple of years since a reply I thought I would re-open the conversation.

Thanks
Thom

AVIC-Z120BT + NavTV and everything works great! I don't personally have this combo but have ridden in a Cayenne with this. I'll never change mine since it does what I want, but if I did this is the route to go.

Yup, when I learned the cost I decided I can make do with the factory system.
