What is this plug seen in the front grille?

Hi Guys - anyone know what this plug might be for? I see it hanging loose when looking through the front grille on an 08 GTS behind that metal support strut. Sorry for the crappy pics...

I assume I need to remove the bumper to get in there!

I'm not on a pc so looking at pdf files is difficult, but go here Porsche Original Parts Catalogue - Parts and Diagnostic Information - Porsche Service - Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG
And select your cayenne, it'll auto download a pdf of the pet file (its direct from Porsche not a bootleg site).

My guess is its either for the front hood latch sensor, or the external temp sensor.
Some of the later cayennes also came with the radar sensors in the bumpers for parking......but it should give you some direction....
