Cayenne S e-brake cable removal


On an '05 Cayenne S - Can anyone tell be how to remove the e-brake cable from the rear susp knuckle (955 331 611 20)? And even further, how to remove the cables themselves from the transmission tunnel (I need to swap them from one vehicle to another)? Thanks.
