Looking at purchasing an 09 turbo s any known issues?

Hi, I wanted to reach out to all my helpful forum'ers. I'm looking at purchasing a 09 turbo s with 100,000 miles on it. It was a one owner and I was told all regular service intervals done by cert dealer. I did the most common research but was wondering if anyone knows if there were any other known issues that I should be concerned about. I'm a trained certified mechanic (not Porsche, general auto) I don't mind the miles because I will actually enjoy doing any needed work myself. This will be my 3rd Porsche; 85 944, sold years ago, 82 911SC currently restoring. I love the cars and the wonderful engineering that goes into them. Can wait to own a Cayenne.

Blessings!

I've heard that unlike earlier Porsches you mention, Cayenne engines cannot be rebuilt, not sure why. To me that makes mileage matter
