Cayenne won't start after removal pump!

Hey everybody! Ive got an 04 "s" and this is what's going on:
I've had a CEL light on for who knows how long now and it said evap system. Well yesterday at the gas station as I was walking to my car I noticed a puddle of gas under my driver side tank area. Looking more closely I realize that it is leaking still. Got it home and took apart the tank cover, no cracks.found out the fuel pump module on the drivers side was leaking. Where the 6 torx screws hold the filter in, one had been over tightened( previous owner) and it made a small crack large enough for gas to escape atop the pump. Patched that up and now my cars not starting! The rear end was on ramps and the pump was completely disconnected (hose's included) and there was a full tank of gas( i know I know) as well. After many attempts of trying to start it and priming the pump once or twice I had no luck. Getting the battery checked tomorrow at my AZ and going from there. Has anyone experienced any similar problems with their cayenne?
Oh and either the abs or traction control is saying its malfunctioning on the dash, any idea?
