06 Cayenne S Misfiring on Cylinders 1-4

We'll after a routine oil change, at start up it ran well for first 30 seconds then CEL light starting blinking and it was idling very rough. I figured it out, can anyone guess what it was, I'll tell you what I did to find it.

I used my scanner to run codes and P300, 301, 302, 303, and 304 came up.

Ok, not the coils, bought them and didn't need them. Not the fuel pumps, I just replaced them with VDO's. Not a blown fuse or broken wire harness. Not the fuel injectors or oil breather cap. Not a vacuum leak. Spark plugs weren't fowled or damaged, however it was spark plug related. Anyone, it may happen to you????

No guesses...no fun.

Anyway....loose spark plugs created this mess. Dealer would have probably first charged for all others I identified. I changed my plugs out 17K miles ago and didn't use a torque wrench, my fault. I recall I did the job in a rush and this is what I get (self inflicted wound), lot's of worry for my rush job. Runs great now that I torqued them properly.

Good to hear you got it

So what's the torque value on plugs?

Determined 03-14-2016 12:42 PM

Sorry for the slow reply, I torqued to 23 ft-lbs ±1
