I just changed the oil on my Cayenne S, as I usually do. But it is now leaking from the drivers' side, left front part of somewhere... Any ideas where it might be coming from?

Are you sure it is engine oil?? Up in the left front not too much that can leak outside of the valve cover gasket.

Your PS pump sits in the left front. --I've had a leaky o-ring there.

Could be from the joints in the hose going into the intercooler. I've just had to sort my O ring seals in there
