Try looking for emergency cable under weel cover in wheel well. PLEASE HELP ANY IDEA

I usually am able to get the hood to pop by accessing the cable near the release handle. pull down on the cable (you are adding "pull" to the distance the lever moves) while pulling the lever and it should pop. If it is really stubborn you can have an assistant push down on the hood to release a bit of the tension on the latch.
