Vibrations at highway speeds

Replaced bearing retainer/isolator with EPS and after several thousand miles, I'm getting another, milder vibration. Appears to be in the rear but not under the console as before. Are there other components on the shaft that could go out? Rubber donut on the front of the shaft is solid.
Thank you in advance

There is a CV joint near the center bearing and the rear of the shaft that could cause vibrations. Other options are tire balance (lost a weight) Tire getting a bulge (jack it up and spin it looking for odd movement) others my have more suggestions (if they answer).

Thanks for the reply. New tires, I'll double check for a lost weight. Will check the mid shaft joint as well.

Is there supposed to be some fore and aft movement in the joint just before the rear differential? I presume that allows for travel and suspension raising and lowering

If I remember right the center CV joint provides the movement fore and aft. and it is a PITA to get back together! but as it is a two piece shaft there is no doubt some allowed play at the rear.

You may also want to check your front lower control arm bushings for cracking. These can go upwards of 60K miles and will cause a similar milder vibration that is most felt in the steering wheel at speeds 50-70 MPH.
