Door handle stuck
 

I have 2011 ctt, and past few days its been around 0F here in montana. I havent used the passenger door for a few days, so when passenger pulled a little hard to open it (from outside), the door handle stayed in open position. I can push it in, but its not exaclty retractig back in.

Any advice?

Well, update, i took apart the door panel, but before i tried to take window regulater i tried the handle again and it worked. So i put it all back together
