ODB, CAN and LIN bus info?

Anyone have info on what data is available on the various buses, and where the connections are?

I'd like to entertain the idea of adding some control over a few things like the Sport Exhaust, Stop/Start, AC and seat controls and the like. From what I gather some of this is spread around on different buses, potentially some using CAN and others using LIN bus protocols.

Before I let out any magic smoke I'd like to find some authoritative info on what's where.

Anything out there for the '17 Cayenne GTS?

That and is there any wiring harness uniformity across any particular models? As in, Cayenne and Panamera or Macan? Other vendors do this, but then they're selling in much greater quantities based on common platforms. My old Jeep Grand Cherokee was wired essentially exactly the same as several other Chrysler/Dodge vehicles. Which is not to say that was a good thing or not, but it did make for easier ways to figure out what was going on, as various enthusiast forums were banging away at them.
