1/43 '51 LeMans 356 & '83 Spa 956
1/43 "High Speed" '51 Lemans 356 aluminum bodied class winner
Auguste Veuillet and Edmond Mouche won in the class up to 1100 cc. This was also the first victory for a German sports car in international racing after the war. The car was propelled by an air cooled four cylinder boxer engine of 1.083 cc producing 46 hp. The Porsche 356-2 Gmünd for Le Mans 1951 weighted 640 kg. 1/43 "Quartzo" '83 Spa 1000KM Rothmans 956 "short tail" Ickx & Mass - still sealed in original cellophane wrap By the end of the season, Porsche again won the World Endurance Championship, Jacky Ickx secured his second consecutive world championship title.
