What is the difference between Litronic and regular headlamps? How can I tell what I have?

If you have Litronic your headlight will be a lot brighter than other cars on the road, and it will have kind of a blueish purpulish tint at night but it is really a white light. Real Litronic are Xenon lights that mean it includes the bulbs, and two ballist not just 60 dollar immatation bulbs. Real Xenon bulbs cost about 120 dollars right now.
