Porsche Entry Mat 2 x 3 size
I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I have been more active over at the Fchat board for the past ten years and it's only now that I am venturing out to other forums and offering my logo mats.
I've moved 60-70 mats of various logos and sizes in the past 6 months on Fchat and have had good success. Long story short, someone there asked me if I would do a porsche mat. I checked my database, found a nice design and had a couple made up this week and I thought they turned out amazing. I sell these for $115 each shipped in the continental USA paid for via paypal GIFT to keep the cost as low as possible. You're welcome to look up my username over on the Fchat board in the collectibles classifieds and you'll find a few threads for various mats that I've done. Anyways, with that said, I was curious to see if this community would have an interest in this 2 x 3 mat that I have done. They're nylon with nitrile rubber backing (with grippers). In a residential garage you are looking at a lifespan over 10 years easy. How I do this is I try to get a commitment of at least 3 or 4 members, get payment, send in the order, it'll usually deliver to me in five business days and then I will ship out to them the day following via priority or parcel post (whatever's cheaper). Please check out the photo below and let me know what you think? ![]() |

I just realized I screwed up in my pricing... the $115 price point is when I am able to get 6-7 committed orders and I end up bringing in 11 mats which is my price break to be able to do that $115 pricing. If I do less than that, then the price per mat will be $138.00. Hope this doesn't cause some confusion.
When I do these deals, it boils down to how many people at one time want to get in on it. I hate making people wait to get to the highest minimum so I do get in smaller batches to push them through quicker. I'm not trying to pull the wool over anyones eyes, just being up front with the hand that is dealt me. If you read my threads over on Fchat, you'll see how I work these depending on interest. |

I read that Porsche never authorized floor mats with the crest because they didn't want people walking over the crest.

According to the place that makes them, if the logo is in their database, it's fair game to have it made. I trust their lawyers have vetted this whatever way they need to, hence why I threw a thread up here for anyone that is interested. This is the same comment I initially got from the Fchat guys (only a few), and now it's not an issue.

I concur with Manny.........we had to be very careful with the crest and logo When I got my first Porsche in the 90's.......floor mats were offered by many sites.......then they were taken off the market for the above quoted reason Would really check into this......... Porsche really watches thge use of the crest and logo........ Manny.......is'nt there guidelines on this in the PCA region manual??? Personally.......I would not want anyone wiping their feet or walking on my family crest |

If it's not called for then I have no issue pulling the thread and the mods closing it. I just figured if anyone wants one to spruce up whatever room they have they can. I've been back and forth with the manufacturer that I get them from and they say that if it's in their database that it's been signed off on, I have not delved deeper into that as I took what they said as gospel. I don't know how much more hoops members might want me to jump through after checking that. With that said, if it must be shut down that is fine.
Like the fchat ones I did, I only do them for a limited time or as long as there is demand for them. I more or less look at it as I'm doing them for fellow car aficionados. If there's no interest, I'll move on, certainly not my intention to step on any toes. |

Hi Doug,
I received the Porsche mat today. They looked nice in the picture, but the quality is truly outstanding! I couldn’t be happier! Thanks so much! Mark |

I think I know why you feel that way... you got lucky. I originally ordered these as standard definition mats, but the factory ran them as High Def, which is why they are not on my porch as of this evening. I'm trying to get a tracking update for those who've prepaid so far.. With all this said, the HD mats cost me more but I priced them as standard def. I will not be charging more for this batch but in the future I will have to decide to upcharge to do HD or get a standard def one done for this price as I have done in the past. Or just not do them again if there's no demand. So for those on the fence, if you want an upgraded mat (there's two left as of this post), now's your time to get a deal. No funny biz here, I just goofed up. Last edited by wheelman76; 03-17-2014 at 03:13 PM.. Reason: poor grammer |

Mats are sold out. I think I'm going to have to get a few more because someone over on fchat claimed what I had left but didn't pay yet. If anyone wants in on the next batch, just pm me.
