911 3.6L into 987 Boxster S

I have a 3.2L 2006 Boxster S, and want to upgrade power. I prefer the 3.6L 997 M96/05 engine ( 2005 to 2008 ), or better still the 3.8L S engine M97/01. Maybe the 3.6L 2005 M96/04/66Y?
Will all fit? Is one a much easier conversion than the others? Do I use the 911 clutch, flywheel, starter motor, etc? Do I use the 911 engine computer ECU or flash the Boxster ECU? Note, the boxster does not have Variocam. Also want the dashboard functions to stay.
To be used as a road car only, not for track.
