i have an idea and i'm playing with it...has it been done before ? has any one installed M96/03 in wide body 1977 ? and maybe turbo charge it
Are there any suggestions?

A wide body 1977 911 is AIR COOLED.

All 996/997 motors are WATER COOLED. It can be done (search "PVX"), but a LOT of work.

I have a 996 3.4 motor in my VW DOKA pickup, but its a water cooled Vanagon so much easier to swap.
