Another: What’s it worth

2003 911 C4S Manual
Very clean car no obvious flaws or paintwork
Blue exterior
Grey interior (not my fav) full leather with heated seats
18 inch twists
New Brakes, new tires
42k miles

IMS/RMS and Clutch not done yet

How many monies?

Upper $20s to $30k. LN IMS retrofit will run you approx $2k.

Mid 20. No more.

I think the market has these in the high teens and low 20s, but it will be fun to drive no matter what you pay! I'm of the opinion that IMS failure will happen to all of these engines at some point, and LN only delays the failure. If you install a DOF along with a new IMS it might actually last a while, but it depends on what damage the IMS failure that's probably been going on for years/miles has already done to the engine. IF you can carefully examine the oil/oil plug BEFORE an oil change you might be able to tell how far along the IMS failure is. There's a really detailed video about this somewhere on YouTube.

I saw a wrapped one of these that had the headlights wrapped in the same color as the car (obviously the there was a hole for the light), and it was pretty miraculous how nice the front end suddenly looked, at least in photos.

Not really, no. If you look at BaT, the last few C4Ss got bid up to high 20s, or even low 30s.

I agree with littleoldman with or without pants😉

$24K to $26K.

It may be worth more, but there are a lot of questions. Mileage mean nothing in these 996 based cars as they can go at anytime. In some ways I'd rather have higher mileage.

You'd be hard pressed to get more than this. I really think so.

I've seen later cars with same mileage go for this.

Maybe a nice sorted 1999 C2. Not a 4S. Below are some recent comps with examples with more miles than the OPs.
