What are the differences between a 99 Canadian 996 and a 99 USA 996 and how do those differences, if any, impact value for an in USA sale?

Is it in the US? That’ll affect the value more than anything.

Porsche used maple syrup as the assembly lube, thus the Canadian cars had far fewer IMS bearing issues, making them much, much more desirable. Not to mention the smell of maple coming out of the exhaust and the picture of the Queen on the dash makes the Canadian 996 far more valuable and reliable. These differences will ad up to little I'm afraid, as US customers will pay little attention.
