Anyone notice that part prices have shot through the roof in the last couple years? Just was reviewing a few old orders and found that everything has gone up a minimum of 50% with most ~100% as compared to when it was ordered(3-4 years ago). Pretty aggressive increases...

YEs, and Porsche is not the only one.

Ehhh. Could be worse! Could have the other horse (the Italian one) $$$$$

not to go all PARF, but the desired tariffs 45 would like to implement will make it worse per what ive been reading.

Not just Porsche OE parts either, things like Appbiz door panels and such have doubled in price almost overnight.

Suppliers wholesale prices for parts have been going up. Finished product prices have to rise.

The prices of the cars themselves have gone up as well. Any relationship/justification from part suppliers perhaps?

As the prices rise for the cars so do the parts. LOL sadly so has my bourbon. Why? Because they can!! Funny thing wholesale prices are not rising as quickly as retail.

$10 retail for an oddball but genuine factory part is really not something to complain about...

Pricing usually has to do with how many they have in stock. The more in stock the cheaper the price. As they start to run out pricing rises.
