Tool kit identification

I have two tool kits I could use some help identifying. Is there anything missing? What would you say the value on these would be? Thank you in advance.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1554830557.jpg

That red-handled screwdriver, if it's what I think it is, is worth about $250 alone, as it's a one year-only 1973. The rest of the tools in that bag are a mish-mash--the spark plug tool looks incorrect for the year.

The lower bag is from a later car, which I'm not as familiar with, but it's obviously more complete.

your missing a red handled screwdriver in the top kit. One was Philips head the other flat head. Cheaper reproductions can be found.

^Nope, that's a reversible red handled screwdriver, not one of the earlier ones that had two separate screwdrivers in each kit. Like I said, 1973-only.
