'82 911SC - what is fair market?

I would appreciate the forum's guidance on a fair market sale value for my '82 911SC. Would $30K be reasonable? What about $35K? More?

Platinum coupe with sport seats, and 7x16 Fuchs on all four wheels. Just passed California Emissions inspection.
Less than 13.5K miles on rebuilt engine (done at 228,651 miles) with new, matching pistons & cylinders in 2012 by Clewett Engineering.
Clutch rebuilt and chain tensioners replaced at the same time.
Recent major replacement parts include fuel injectors; catalytic converter; airbox; plug wires; and the ignition coil. Full maintenance records available.
Oil, filter, plugs and valve adjustment completed in January 2019.

• Bilstein Sport Shocks (8/2002, 204K)
• Turbo tie-rods
• CV joints (9/2001, 199K)
• Ball joints (8/2002, 204K)
• Cross drilled brake rotors (11/2005, 214K)
• Transmission Fluid change, Swepco 80w90 (1/2010, 227K)
• Rebuilt distributor (3/2015, 232K)
• Beru plug wires (3/2015, 234K)
• Bosch Battery (2/2018, 239K)
• Driver’s chair re-upholstered
• Side door panels; sun visors & rear deck re-upholstered

Though I've spent money replacing components and checking for leaks, the A/C doesn't hold the charge. The fan works good, though.

Currently 243K road miles. Yes, sadly I believe there was at a front end accident by the 2nd owner (I’m the 3rd owner), and another driver-side bumper accident by me at low speed in 2002. The frame was straightened, with the bumper, left fender, hood, and headlight washer tank replaced. Drives straight with no hands, and doesn't pull when braking.

It looks like a nice high mileage driver that is maintained well with a fairly recent rebuild and a couple accidents. Ask around $30k and expect an offer in the upper $20s.
